Legal Terms — Otter Sort

These terms are the agreement between you and us about your use of the mobile game Otter Sort ("the game"). By downloading, opening or playing the game you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the game.

Licence to use the game

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own private entertainment. You may not sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the game, and you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or decompile it except where the law expressly allows it.

The game itself

All levels, artwork, characters, sounds, music, text and software in the game belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any of it to you.

Purchases and virtual items

• The game offers optional in-app purchases — for example coin packs, booster packs, special offers and a No Ads purchase.
• All payments are handled by Apple's App Store or Google Play, not by us. We never see or store your card details. Your purchase is also subject to the store's own terms.
• Coins, boosters, lives and other in-game items are a limited licence to use a feature inside the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or goods, and cannot be transferred outside the game.
• Consumable items are spent when you use them and cannot be restored. Non-consumable purchases, such as No Ads, can be restored on a new device with Restore Purchases in Settings, using the same store account you bought with.
• Purchases are final. Refunds are handled entirely by Apple or Google under their own refund policies. If an item you paid for was not delivered, write to us and we will help.
• Prices, offers and the content of virtual item packs may change over time.

Advertising

The game is free to play and is funded by advertising. Short ads may be shown between levels and a banner may be shown outside gameplay; rewarded ads are always optional and only play when you choose to watch one in exchange for a reward. The No Ads purchase removes the banner and the between-level ads. Advertisements come from third-party ad networks and we do not control their content. See the privacy policy for what the ad SDKs collect.

How you may use the game

Please do not use cheats, bots, modified clients or memory editors, do not attempt to disrupt our servers or the game's normal operation, and do not use the game for anything unlawful. We may suspend access to online features, including new level content, if the game is being abused this way.

Progress, updates and availability

Your progress and settings are stored on your device only; deleting the app deletes them. We may update, change or discontinue levels, features or the game as a whole, and we may add or remove online content at any time. We do not promise that the game will be free of interruptions or errors.

Disclaimer and liability

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data or lost virtual items. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Age

The game is suitable for all ages but is not directed at children under 13. If you are a minor, please only make purchases with the permission of a parent or guardian.

App stores

The game is distributed through the App Store and Google Play. This agreement is between you and us, not with Apple or Google. Those companies are not responsible for the game or for support, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms with the right to enforce them against you. Support requests should come to the address below.

Termination

You may end this agreement at any time by deleting the game. We may end it if you materially breach these terms. When it ends, your licence to use the game and any virtual items ends with it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.

Changes

If these terms change, the updated version is published on this page with a new date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
